Terms & Conditions for Events

I can hold your date for two weeks from you receiving your quote. To confirm your quote and secure your date, I require an initial deposit of 25% payment and approval of these T&C’s.

It is your responsibility to review all event details including the date, wedding venue and items to be delivered.

This initial deposit is non-refundable. It is compensation for the work done to date and is required to secure my services for your date because it precludes us from booking another event on your event day.

This payment will be deducted from the total owing.

 ‘Paddock Flowers’ reserves the right to cancel this contact at any time I feed the obligations can’t be met.  In the event fire, natural disaster, tragedy or other emergency.  Liability is limited to full refund of all monies paid.

Flowers are a perishable and seasonal product, I will always do my best to fulfill your order to the best of my ability, I may need to substitute flowers however your colour choice will remain as close as possible to your brief.
